Return & Refund Policy: Balloon World Miami
We’re committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience with every order. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final, with limited exceptions outlined below.
Returns
• Returns for non-helium items are accepted within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
• Customer is responsible for return shipping (if applicable)
• No restocking fees
Custom & Perishable Items
All custom designs and helium-filled balloons are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for balloons that pop, deflate, or change condition after delivery or pickup.
Delivery Policy
While we always aim to deliver as close to your selected time as possible, delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Orders may arrive slightly early or late due to factors beyond our control
• Variations in delivery time do not qualify for a refund
• A delivery will only be considered “missed” if no delivery attempt has been made within 8 hours of your selected delivery time
Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
• Your order arrives damaged or incorrect (photo proof required)
• We miss a scheduled delivery or pickup (as defined above)
• Your order is canceled at least 48 hours in advance
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours and include clear photo evidence. Requests submitted without valid photo proof will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
